How can we help?

Here at Lily & Oscar, we know how expensive brand new baby, children's and maternity wear can be; we also know how fast little ones can outgrow their clothes. So we are here to help!

We stock child sizes ranging from premature to 6 years and maternity wear in size 4-22; from your favourite high street brands to those sought after designers, we have something for everyone. We hand pick and quality check all our products before they are sent out for delivery, to the highest standard, to make sure they are as perfect as pre-loved can get. 

Pre-loved shopping is GREAT for our environment. It's not only ethical but it's also eco-conscious too! Each time you purchase from us, you are helping preserve our planet by recycling and stopping perfectly good items being sent to landfill. This also cuts down on co2 emissions.

It's not only our clothes and accessories that are recycled; all our packaging is made from recycled materials and can be recycled too!

All our clothing and accessories are preloved and are either one of the following...

  • New with labels - this will be specified in the description or you may see the tags in the photo.
  • New without labels - this will be specified in the item description
  • Washed but not worn
  • Have minimal wear 

We do not sell clothing that have high levels of wear/ wash wear. All our clothing is in excellent condition and has plenty of life left to be loved and worn again!

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit to allow you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every two weeks. In the unlikely event you wish to make a return, please contact us below within 7 days of delivery date. You will then have a further 7 days to return any items to us. We cannot accept any returns outside of this 14 day period. 

We are a small business and therefore do not refund postage or pay for return postage. All delivery costs are non-refundable. For your own protection, we advise you to return your items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 2 working days.

Any missing/damaged items MUST be reported within 24 hours of date of delivery. Any items reported after this period will not be disputable under any circumstances.
